Where are NSHB located?

We have three warehouses along the Queensland coast - in Townsville, Mackay and Rockhampton.

Do NSHB deliver to my area?

We deliver to any location in Australia. For delivery queries please call us on the number above.

How do I order?

You can order straight away by using our online shopping cart. Alternatively, call your local distributor or drop in to one of our three warehouses located across eastern Queensland. If your order is urgent we strongly suggest you contact us to discuss your needs, to make sure that the products will be available in time for your required date.

How do I view my account details?

You can view your account details, current shopping carts, previous orders or log out by CLICKING HERE.

What are the delivery costs?

We deliver to anywhere in Australia. Your shipping and handling will be visable on your shopping cart. If you have any questions please contact us before placing your order to discuss your needs. We endeavour to have all orders dispatched within seven (7) workings days of final payment.

How come the products I want are not available?

We endeavour to maintain availability of all our products, however from time to time we regret that some items may be discontinued or unavailable due to changes from the suppliers or manufacturers.

I can't get my product to work, what do I do?

If you are experiencing operating difficulties with electrical, electronic or other similar products we recommend you first contact us before returning the product. Many operating difficulties can be quickly solved with the right advice. We are always happy to help with any questions you may have.

If I am not happy with my purchase, can I return it?

NSHB will only accept product returns and provide you with a repair or exchange where:

• The product is faulty or is not of merchantable quality, or
• The product is not fit for its intended purpose, or
• The product does not match the sample or our description.

All claims must be made within 7 days of delivery/receiving the goods. NSHB is limited to either repair or exchange of goods and will not be liable for any associated costs. There will be no refund of delivery charges.
